Our highly qualified Principal Investigator, Dr. Carlos Rosas, M.D., graduated in 1974 from the UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico) with a medical doctor degree. In 1983, he opened Rosas Medical Clinic, a well-established primary care clinic in Brownsville, TX.
